HOW TO REDEEM YOUR VEHICLE
- After you have satisfied your lender, they will send your Vehicle Redemption Release to the 2nd Party Recovery Company. WE ARE 3RD PARTY. WE CANNOT SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT UNTIL WE RECEIVE YOUR RELEASE FROM THE 2ND PARTY.
- Otis Recovery CAN NOT make an appointment for you to redeem your vehicle until we receive the release after all required fees have been paid to your lender– NO EXCEPTIONS
- The cost to you for vehicle storage, property storage, administration fees or any combination of these cannot be quoted to you until AFTER the release has been received.
- You MUST have a VALID driver’s license (not an expired one) to redeem your vehicle
- Only the registered owner on file or an authorized 3rd party may redeem the vehicle (must be included in the release from your lender) – NO EXCEPTIONS
- Vehicle redemption is by APPOINTMENT ONLY, no walk-ins will be seen – NO EXCEPTIONS
- THERE ARE NO SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS. NO EXCEPTIONS (THIS DEPENDS ON THE TIME OF DAY WE RECEIVE YOUR RELEASE. YOU MUST CONTACT US EARLY IN THE DAY FOR SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS BUT THIS IS NOT GUARANTEED)

- PLEASE LIMIT THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF VISITORS WITH YOU TO OUR LOCATION. ONLY ONE PERSON PER APPOINTMENT IS ALLOWED ON THE LOT. ALL OTHERS MUST REMAIN IN THE VEHICLE. SOMEONE FROM OUR OFFICE WILL RESPOND SAME DAY DURING BUSINESS HOURS. IF YOU CONTACT US AFTER HOURS, YOU WILL RECEIVE A RESPONSE THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY. PLEASE BE PATIENT AND WAIT FOR A RESPONSE
